We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

To become a member and use StelloTV services, you must be 18 years of age or older.

StelloTV is not available in Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia or Belarus, and accounts may not be used in these countries.

You may not, directly or indirectly, through any device, software, website, web-based service, or other means, rebroadcast, redistribute, relay, or transmit any content from our Service.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your transactions and other dealings with third-party vendors found on or through the Service — including "click-to-buy" or comparable programs — are solely between you and those vendors.

StelloTV assumes no responsibility for any interactions, purchases, or disputes arising from such third-party transactions.

A smooth viewing experience depends on your network connection and the performance of your device. Streaming quality may vary based on your location, internet bandwidth, number of devices connected to the same network, the selected content, and your device configuration.

StelloTV cannot guarantee uninterrupted or perfect quality of content under all circumstances.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, including our 3-day money-back guarantee.

The use of a VPN or proxy server is allowed when connecting to our servers.

However, excessive misuse or suspicious network activity may lead to temporary restrictions for security reasons.

All data you submit to our database must be accurate and kept up-to-date.

Please keep your passwords secure. You are responsible for any activity performed under your account. You will never be asked by official StelloTV agents to reveal your password.

To access our Services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements established in our Help Center. Older or unsupported devices may not perform as intended.

You are solely responsible for any internet service charges, data usage, or connectivity costs associated with accessing our Services. Performance may vary depending on your provider's bandwidth and network conditions.

Each connection allows one active stream at a time. You can add connections to your plan (each additional connection costs +50% of the plan price), up to 10 simultaneous devices. Sharing your account outside your household is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described through the Service. Pricing details, payment methods, and delivery terms are displayed on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Reseller and affiliate partners are also bound by the program terms on /reseller and /affiliate/terms.

You acknowledge that your access to and use of the Services may be temporarily suspended due to sudden or unexpected interruptions, maintenance, or technical unavailability of part or all of the Service for any reason.

StelloTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

All correspondence and notifications under this agreement shall be written in English.

You agree that StelloTV may contact you via email, chat, or in-app notifications for administrative, security, or support purposes.

The StelloTV logo, trademarks, graphics, and scripts are trademarks of 7 AVILA GROUP LLC.

None of the StelloTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or exploited in any way without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StelloTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, interruption, or reduced streaming quality.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
