How extra connections work
A connection is one device streaming at the same moment. With a single connection you can install StelloTV on several devices, but only one of them can play at a time.
Each extra connection costs 50% of your plan price, and you can go up to 10 connections in total. Every connection sits under the same account, so renewals and changes are handled in one place.
Example with the Premium plan:

Does StelloTV auto-renew?
No. StelloTV plans do not renew automatically, so you are never charged without asking. When your plan is close to ending, you can renew it from your client dashboard.
Can I upgrade my StelloTV plan later?
Yes. From your client dashboard you can move to a longer plan, renew early or add more connections. Our team sends you an invoice for the change and applies it as soon as it is paid.
What is StelloTV's refund policy?
Every plan comes with a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 3 days of your first subscription purchase, you get the full amount back. Requests made after 3 days are not eligible.
