Affiliate Terms & Conditions

The StelloTV Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new subscribers to our streaming platform. Affiliates receive unique referral links and optional custom coupon codes to track and attribute conversions.

To be eligible for the StelloTV Affiliate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information on the application form
• Have a legitimate website, social media presence, or marketing channel
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence
• Not be a current StelloTV employee or immediate family member of one

StelloTV reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Referrals are tracked through two primary methods:

a. Referral Links

Each affiliate receives a unique referral URL. When a visitor clicks your link and completes a subscription within the attribution window (30 days), the sale is credited to your account.

b. Custom Coupon Codes

Affiliates may create custom coupon codes through the dashboard. When a customer uses your coupon code at checkout, the referral is attributed to you regardless of cookie status.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the subscription price paid by the referred customer. Commission rates are tiered based on monthly referral volume:

Tier status is evaluated monthly. Affiliates are automatically upgraded or downgraded based on the previous month's performance.

Affiliates earn commission not only on the initial subscription purchase but also on eligible renewals for the lifetime of the referred customer's account.

• Recurring commissions apply to subscription renewals at the same tier rate
• If a customer downgrades their plan, commission is adjusted to the new plan price
• If a customer cancels and resubscribes within 90 days, the original affiliate retains attribution
• Recurring commissions cease if the referred customer's account is terminated for any reason

Commission earnings are tracked in real-time and displayed in your affiliate dashboard. Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

a. Minimum Threshold

A minimum balance of $100 USD (or equivalent) must be reached before a withdrawal can be requested.

b. Payout Methods

We support the following payout methods:

• USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20 network)
• PayPal (processed within 5–7 business days)
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (processing time varies by region)

c. Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–7 business days. Payouts are subject to a review period to verify the validity of referred transactions.

d. Payout Status

Each payout request will display one of three statuses in your dashboard: Pending, Approved, or Paid.

Affiliates are encouraged to promote StelloTV through legitimate marketing channels. Approved promotional methods include:

• Content creation (YouTube reviews, blog posts, social media posts)
• Email marketing to your own opted-in subscriber lists
• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) — with restrictions below
• Community promotion (Telegram groups, Discord servers, forums)
• Comparison and review websites

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to generate commissions
• Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to generate referrals
• Misrepresenting StelloTV's services, pricing, or features
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic generation
• Bidding on StelloTV branded keywords in paid advertising
• Promoting StelloTV on websites containing illegal, adult, or harmful content
• Impersonating StelloTV or creating domains that mimic our brand
• Sharing or reselling your affiliate account credentials
• Using any unauthorized software or bots to inflate metrics

Upon approval, affiliates gain access to a library of professional marketing assets through the affiliate dashboard:

Affiliates may not alter StelloTV logos, trademarks, or branding without prior written consent. All marketing materials remain the intellectual property of StelloTV.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time:

a. Termination by Affiliate

You may terminate your participation by contacting our partner support team. Any pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days of termination.

b. Termination by StelloTV

StelloTV may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. In cases of fraud or terms violation, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

c. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all referral links and coupon codes will be deactivated. You must immediately cease all promotional activities on behalf of StelloTV.

• StelloTV makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commission an affiliate may earn
• We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions that may affect tracking
• Commission rates and program terms are subject to change with reasonable notice
• StelloTV's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the preceding 12 months
• This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship

StelloTV reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on this page. Continued participation in the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice.
