How to Set Up StelloTV on a Samsung Smart TV
Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen) can play StelloTV through IPTV player apps available in the Samsung Apps store. Setup usually takes a few minutes.

Step-by-step setup
Press the Home button on your Samsung remote and open Apps.
Search for "Hot Player" (or IPTV Smarters Pro) and install it.
Open the app. Note the device MAC address or code shown on screen if the app asks for activation.
Enter the username, password and server URL from your StelloTV welcome email.
Save and wait for your channel list to load.
Start watching from the Live TV, Movies or Series section.
Common problems and fixes
The app isn't in the store
Older Samsung models may not support it. Use a Firestick or Android TV box plugged into the TV instead.
The app asks for activation
Send us the MAC address shown in the app on WhatsApp and we'll help you activate it.
Video freezes
Turn the TV off at the wall for 30 seconds, then reconnect and try again on a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
