How to Set Up StelloTV on a MAG Box
MAG set-top boxes connect directly to StelloTV with a portal link. Once your box's MAC address is registered, setup takes just a few minutes.

Step-by-step setup
Find the MAC address on the sticker under your MAG box and send it to us on WhatsApp so we can register it.
Connect the box to your TV and internet, then turn it on.
Go to Settings › System Settings › Servers › Portals.
Enter a name such as "StelloTV" and the portal URL we send you.
Save, go back and restart the box.
The box will load the StelloTV portal and your channels.
Common problems and fixes
"Portal not found" or loading error
Check the portal URL for typos and make sure your MAC address has been registered.
Black screen on channels
Restart the box and make sure the time zone in Settings is correct.
Slow menus
Use a wired Ethernet connection — MAG boxes perform best on cable rather than Wi-Fi.
